Deeper Well Being focuses on inward change, so we offer mentoring in support of individual practice and discernment. Our intention is the sustainable, independent cultivation of Wisdom, which we define as "Peace, Wellbeing, and Joy for ourselves and for others." Our training is based on the UN World Health Organization's Wellness model, so we look at ten interrelated areas or levels of experience/consciousness in building individual practices.
In DWB we understand that Wisdom is created from the inside out, as each person begins to take charge of shaping and creating their own individual consciousness. We begin with establishing a basic practice of meditation, the root iscipline for establishing an integrated consciousness. We then help people to ask more liberating, empowering questions, to make more conscious choices, and offer dditional guidance when appropriate.
We are happy to set up a session online or in person for an introductory meeting. After we have agreed to practice together we can arrange short sessions to go over relatively specific questions on an as needed basis, or to develop a full exploration and program to run over the course of twelve weeks.
